If you need a new confirmation e-mail sent to you, please login to My Account, verify that you've provided the correct address, using the Account tab, and elect to have a new e-mail sent.

We strive to ensure that each query we receive is handled promptly and efficiently. Every email sent to customer support will be responded to within 3-4 business days. Therefore, it is of great importance that you are able to receive our emails and survey invites. Please make sure to safe-list us in the most common email providers.

If you receive an error message and are unable to login to your account, please paste your username and password into the appropriate boxes, as this may be a factor. Also remember your password is Case Sensitive so it needs to be entered exactly as you provided during registration. If you still encounter this issue, please contact customer support.

Profiles are our way of creating the most relevant opportunities for our members. Telling us more about your experience and interests helps us send you surveys that you are more likely to qualify for, thereby increasing your chances of earning rewards. Please take a few minutes to fill out our profiles so you can begin participating in the most rewarding surveys!

To update any of the basic information you provided us at registration, login to My Account and select the Account tab. Once you've updated your information, click 'Update Account' and we will apply your changes. Keeping your e-mail address up to date allows us to contact you at the most convenient location.

In the unfortunate event you decide this isn't for you, you can deactivate your account with us at any time. Log into My Account and you will find the delete account button at the bottom of the page. When you delete your account, all your rewards and personal information will be instantly deleted from our systems and you will stop receiving communications from us.

We know your time is valuable, so we aim to keep most surveys between 15-20 minutes. There will be times we offer a shorter survey as well as a longer survey. To help you understand what time commitment is involved, we will always inform you of the expected time it will take to complete each survey up front.

Each survey we send you is tailored to fit your interests and experience. We use the data you provided us when you registered, as well as your Profiles, to send you the most relevant surveys. Completing the Profiles from start to finish will allow us to serve up the most significant amount of pertinent surveys. Please be sure to also check your spam folder and add support@isurveyworldmail.com to your list of approved senders.

Sometimes we need to wait until after a survey has ended to show credit. As long as you have completed a survey, a credit should appear as soon as the survey closes. This can take anywhere up to 4 weeks after you have taken a survey and it has officially closed

Rewards earned from participating in surveys are valid for 12 months from the award date. If unused on the 366th day after being deposited into your account, your reward will expire and be removed from your Member account balance. We will redeem rewards from your account based upon the award date. Your 'oldest' reward funds will be deducted first, leaving your most recently earned rewards in your account.

If you have a general question that is not addressed by the FAQs, you can contact our Customer Service team . All inquiries will be responded to within 3-4 business days.

In order to ensure the integrity of our community and the quality of the information we give to our clients, we validate the results of each survey. Your survey will have a status of 'pending' for a short time while we complete our validation. Upon completion of the validation, your status will change to 'earned' and your reward will be credited to your account. This process can take a few days, or a few weeks depending on the nature of the survey.

When you reach the minimum required under the tab of 'Rewards' will be a button that read 'Redeem My Rewards'. Just click on that button and you can redeem your rewards. All transactions will be completed within 3-4 weeks.

Exchange requests may be rejected if there is a violation of our terms of use. Each member must diligently maintain and update the information you provide when you register, and any other information you have provided, to be always correct, current and complete. No member may create more than one account on our site, and neither can be completed surveys from IP addresses that do not match the geographic information collected during registration. Please read the Terms of Use of the site for a more detailed explanation of the parameters of offenses.
